Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, whereby consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which, in the majority of cases, cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activities:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

In accordance with the statutory right of revocation, we offer you the following voluntary return right. During the statutory revocation period only the statutory rules and your statutory right of revocation shall not be affected by the voluntary return law:

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of revocation of distance contracts, PAPERO shall offer every consumer i.S.d. § 13 German Civil Code (BGB) for the 46-day period of extended return rights. The Revocation period is 60days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, or .

You can use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.

In order to maintain the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund any payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most advantageous standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than sixty days from the day on which the notice of your revocation of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you have used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees due to this repayment. We may refuse the repayment until we have returned the goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than sixty days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract, to us or to hand over to us. The time limit shall be maintained if you have received the goods before the expiry of the period of six Submit Days.

The purchaser shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for a possible loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of the goods which is not necessary for the examination of the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

General considerations

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components back to us. If necessary, use a protective repackaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with a suitable package.
2) Please do not send the goods unfreely back to us.
3) Please note that the above-mentioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
