Shipping Policies

This policy is intended to ensure that you are clear about our shipping policies and procedures. Papero offers free shipping throughout Germany and no conditions apply.

This means there is no minimum order size and customers throughout Germany receive free shipping. We process the order as early as possible to deliver the product in the expected standard time.

We only deliver with DHL

Shipping from warehouse:

Support: 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. Monday - Sunday available via chat.

Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, your order will be provided with a tracking number which will allow you to track it until it is delivered to you.

Packages damaged in transit:

If you discover that a package is damaged in transit, please, if possible, refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service team. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for next steps.

Cancellation:

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we may accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please see our refund policy.

Packing station:

Shipping to Packing stations in Germany, is for all backpack models per piece possible with the exception of the Yeti model.

Shipping time and rates

Processing time

The processing time takes 1 day, if you order and pay by 11:00 a.m. Monday - Friday, the shipment will be sent out on the same day.

Germany

The delivery time for Germany is 1-3 working days, 

Shipping within Germany is for you free of charge and takes place with our logistics partner DHL.

All other countries

Shipping time to Europe approx. 5-7 and worldwide approx. 10-14 working days.
